Successful completion of the training and assignments will lead to a nationally recognised qualification in the HR and training profession. The CLDP provides an excellent foundation in all areas of L&D practice for those who are new or aspiring to L&D, or those looking to develop their skills and knowledge in L&D essentials.

This qualification provides the ‘knowledge’ required for professional membership of the CIPD. Once you have successfully completed the qualification you may wish to apply to ‘Upgrade’ to Associate membership through a short assessment of your workplace activities and behaviours.
