As well as offering a range of accredited programmes, McManus HRD can design, develop and deliver bespoke programmes for your business.

We understand that organisations, like people, have different needs and sometimes require something which is specifically tailored to their environment.  This could be as simple as using case studies from your business as part of training sessions; it could be as complex as designing a broad range of management and leadership development programmes to meet your people strategy requirements. 

It may include the development of a talent strategy, and the provision of coaching for identified talent; it could mean working with your call centre to provide on-the-job development support.  We may even be able to accredit any development programmes.
